Well, I have been monitoring the internet for months but have not yet come across one of these magical, mythical beasts for sale in the UK/Europe.  I guess this is because they were made by US makers (SS Stewart, Cole...) and in small numbers.  However, if I could I would like to avoid those nasty import costs if at all possible.  If anyone has a rare sighting, please get in touch...thanks!

What is the SN ?  mine is  14337

Nice, Marc. Love that big pot. Here's a view of mine showing the pot & neck overlap.

Lovely looking banjeaurine there, Patrick.  Thanks for sharing your photos.

Hi Marc - the serial number is 13711.  I did actually want one the same as yours, having enjoyed your videos!

While we're showing off our Banjeaurines, here's mine. This is also an "Imperial", S/N 7908 (which puts it around 1892 +/-). Note the split head...I just mounted that head 6 mo ago! It was quite thin and I had reservations about it...but it has been in its case for a couple of months, I had no idea it had split.

I took pix of the adjustment end of the strap-iron brace. Stewart termed it a "heavy, metal brace", it is indeed that!

I'll be ordering a new head for it (that was my last one). So when I get ready, I'll photograph the disassembled banjo and maybe even show the head mounting process, etc. We'll see.

I like the Common Sense tail with the rosette. :-)

here 's mine

Oooow! You guys are just showing to make the rest of us envious!!! ;-))

Nice simplicity in this version. I love the ornate #3 and love the #1 equally. :-)

I received 4 nice medium heads from Bernunzio's the other day and today I'm in the process of documenting the Banjeaurine's head replacement. I'll make a seperate post of it when done.
