Thanks Carrie .  This was a sad  & terrible night ; my friend Marc , a rock guitar player  was ' bout to play a second music ' set on a music ' podium  , front of sea on the " promenade des Anglais " when he saw the White truck coming and killing or injuring all the people ahead ....................

Terrible times indeed. It all seems so irrational. Why kill the innocent who have no control over society.
